1. Eligibility

3. Program Period

- Applications submitted outside the designated Program period will not be considered.

4. Selection and Approval

- Approved distributors will be selected based on eligibility criteria, business credentials, and the submission of required documents.

- ITC Limited’s decision regarding the selection of approved distributors will be final and binding.

- ITC Limited is not responsible for any technical issues, lost applications, or delays in communication during the Program.

- We are not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from participation in the Program, the distribution of ITC products, or any resulting activities.

- ITC Limited reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Program at any time without prior notice.
